Since 2001

A factory, not a
trading office.

We started with six stitching tables and one German buyer who wanted training belts that did not fold at the buckle. That buyer is still with us.

Today the same family runs an 18,000 square foot facility producing belts, straps, grips and wraps for more than five hundred gym and strength brands. Everything from the hide store to the export carton happens in one building, which is the only reason we can promise a date and keep it.

We do not sell under our own label. Your brand goes on the belt, the lining, the hardware and the carton, and we stay out of your market.

2001

Six stitching tables

The family opens a single room workshop in Sialkot with six tables and one German buyer ordering training belts.

2006

First export line

A dedicated cutting and skiving line is added, and the first full container ships to the United Kingdom.

2011

Own pattern room

The pattern room opens so buyer samples can be reverse engineered in house instead of sent out.

2016

Compliance audits

BSCI and SEDEX audits are passed, and hide sourcing moves entirely to Leather Working Group rated tanneries.

2019

Load testing rig

A pull testing rig is installed so every belt and dip belt pattern is rated before a run is released.

2023

18,000 sq ft facility

Cutting, skiving, stitching, riveting, testing and export packing come together under one roof.

2026

500 brands

More than five hundred gym and strength brands across forty five countries now run their production here.

One roof, no brokers

Cutting, stitching, riveting, testing and packing all happen in our own building. Nothing is subcontracted, so nothing can be blamed on someone else.

The sample is the contract

Bulk is measured against the approved golden sample, not against a description. If it does not match, it does not ship.

Tested, not assumed

Every belt and dip belt pattern is pull tested on the rig and the result is logged against your order number.

The same person handles your enquiry, your sample, your production run and your shipping documents.
